Pepper Sweet Spot produces long yellow and red fruit that is thicker and more fleshy than other banana peppers. They have a very mild and sweet flavor, with no hint of heat. Harvest when they are yellow or allow to stay on the plant until the turn red for a texture that is tender and succulent.
