Ampelopsis 'Elegans'
PORCELAIN VINE
A tendril climbing fast growing vine that has green flowers that are not very showy, but are followed by blue berries. Best fruiting occurs with plants that get more sun. Has a similar habit to wild grade vines. The foliage is tri-lobed and variegated with white. Best foliage color occurs when the plants have some light shade. Flowers and fruit occur on new growth, so it can be pruned to the ground in late winter to control size.
