Chamomile Roman Chamaemelum

Chamomile Roman has fern-like foliage and white, daisy-like flowers. It is used as a ground cover in English gardens and pathways. The leaves can be chopped up and stirred into butter or sour cream to put on potatoes. Dry flowers facing down and use in potpourris. Roman Chamomile is prized for its anxiety relieving properties and is often used in teas.
