Blue Lake Bush Beans are excellent fresh, frozen, or for canning. Green Pods are plump and tender and are approximately 6" long with white seeds. This is a viturally fiber-free variety that is a heavy producer over a long season. Beans seem to be at their peak when picked at 6 1/2" long.
