Plants are now available for 2012 pre season ordering.  We will begin shipping perennials in mid to late April and annuals in early to mid May depending on your hardiness zone and our weather conditions at the time of shipping.

Abies balsamea 'Nana'
Common Name: Dwarf Balsam Fir

Abies balsamea Nana is a small globed-shaped evergreen shrub. It has dark green needles with a horizontal spreading habit. Makes an excellent choice for rock gardens and mixed borders.


Azalea 'Cascade'
Common Name: Azalea

Azalea 'Cascade' has beautiful white flowers and evergreen foliage. Hardy plant that can be trimmed to keep a nice shape. This should be done after the plant is done blooming in late spring/early summer. If done too late in the growing season it will cut off the blooms for next season.  Should be fertilized with an acidic fertilizer in early spring and when planting.

Azalea Dawn's Chorus is a striking shrub for the landscape. The reddish-orange buds open into beautiful pink frilly flowers with a white and yellow blotch. It has a great mounding habit that can be planted in masses to make a statement in the spring.

Common Name: Barberry
Colorful rose-pink leaves that standout in the landscape. The first leaves are purple, but leaves eventually emerge as rose-pink with bronze-purple splotches. Attractive red berries in the fall entice birds. They have thorns on the branches making it a good barrier plant.

Buddleia davidii 'Adokeep English Butterfly Adonis Blue'
Common Name: Butterfly Bush
A perfect plant for small gardens because of it's compact size. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds, is heat and drought tolerant, deer resistant, and is a great cut flower. A true gem for the gardener with a big desire, but little space.

Buddleia davidii 'Nanho Blue'
Common Name: Butterfly Bush

Buddleia davidii 'Nanho Blue' tends to be a little less wild looking than other varieties. It has silvery, willow-like foliage that accented the beautiful lavender-blue flowers nicely. The flowers are in abundance on the compact plant and provide excellent color at a time of the year when it is needed most.

Great compact size for garderners who don't have a lot of space. Brings wildlife to the garden by attracting butterflies and hummingbirds. A colorful, fragrant and compact plant that does not get weedy or unkempt. It is a very clean looking plant that attracts wildlife such as hummingbirds and butterflies, but keeps the deer away. Heat and drought tolerant when established, great as a cut flower, and perfect for tight spaces in the landscape.

Buddleia Lo & Behold 'Blue Chip'
Common Name: Dwarf Butterfly Bush
Undoubtedly, the most exciting news in Butterfly bush has to be the introduction of a new series of miniature plants called Lo & Behold. The first release is Lo & Behold 'Blue Chip' and as the name indicates it has blue flowers. Other colors will be introduced over the next several years. Lo & Behold plants are remarkable for several reasons. Their small 20" mounded habit make for the perfect flowering ground cover or container plants. Unlike other Butterfly bush, this series is continuous flowering. That's right continuous flowering without the need to prune or deadhead.

Buddleia x weyeriana 'Honeycomb'
Common Name: Butterfly Bush

Buddliea x weyeriana 'Honeycomb' is one of the best yellow buddleias available. It produces creamy yellow flowers from late summer to fall that are larger and have a sweeter fragrance than other varities. The silvery-green foliage helps to accent the beautiful flowers and gives interst all season long.

Excellent choice for borders, hedges, and edging. This plant has larger, round green leaves that may change to yellow in the fall, but remain a rich green throughout the winter. Has very strong branches. Looks great left to grow into it's natural shape or pruned for a more formal appearance.

Buxus microphylla asiatic 'Winter Gem'
Common Name: Boxwood
A dense, well branched evergreen shrub that is wonderful for low hedges and is one of the hardiest boxwoods. This plant has small, round green leaves that may change to bronze in the fall and remain vibrant throughout the winter.

Buxus x 'Chicagoland Green®'

Excellent choice for borders, hedges, and edging. This plant has small green leaves that may change to yellow in the fall, but remain a vibrant green throughout the winter. Looks great left as an informal shrub or pruned into a more formal shape.

Excellent choice for borders, hedges, and edging. This plant has larger green leaves then most boxwood. Leaves may change to yellow in the fall, but remain a vibrant green throughout the winter. Looks great left as an informal shrub or pruned into a more formal shape.


Caryopteris 'First Choice'

Caryopteris 'First Choice' PP11958 ia a vibrant, strong grower, that attracts butterflies and will bring a burst of color into the landscape. Blooms late summer into fall when few other plants are blooming. It has dark purplish-blue flowers and fragrant foliage, is deer resistant, drought tolerant once established, and is a great cut flower.

Chamaecyparis obtusa 'Filicoides'
Common Name: Fern Spray False Cypress

Chamaecyparis obtusa Filicoides is an elegant plant with its fern-like, ever-green foliage. The curved branches bring a graceful touch to the landscape. It is a slow growing plant that works well in the landscape.

Common Name: Koster's False Cypress

Chamaecyparis obtusa Kosteri is an attractive dwarf, evergreen shrub. It forms a nice pyramidal shape and has flat sprays of green foliage. Works great in rock gardens and lends beautiful texture and year round color to the landscape.


Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Sungold'
Common Name: Cypress - Thread Branch

Chamaecyparis pisifera 'Sungold' will bring a burst of color into the landscape. This compact shrub acts as a nice mop-headed accent plant and works well as a background border or small hedge. The new foliage is a golden yellow and is consistent even in full sun.


Deutzia gracilis 'Duncan Chardonnay Pearls®'

A true stunner, this plant adds a sunny burst of color to the landscape. Works good in places with dark foliage plants. It is deer resistant and provides a show from spring into fall.

Hydrangea 'Annabelle' has beautiful big, bold white flowers that adorn the shrub mid-summer into fall. The blooms can be 14" across and gradually mature from green to pure white. A wonderful traditional plant to have in the garden.

Hydrangea arborescens 'Incrediball™'
Common Name: Smooth Hydrangea
Hydrangea 'Incrediball' is truly incredible. If you have grown Hydrangea 'Annabelle' you know that the stems can be weak and flop to the ground. Incrediball has very strong stems which hold the flowers upright throughout the season even though the bloom has 4 times the amount of flowers. The flowers are absolutly huge. Strong stems and huge flowers equal the perfect Hydrangea.

Hydrangea arborescens 'Invincibelle™ Spirit'

Hydrangea 'Invincibelle Spirit™' is the world's first pink Annabelle Hydrangea. It produces lots of large flowers that emerge dark, hot pink and then light to a bright pink. Flower clusters are 6" - 8" in diameter and are produced on new wood. Bloom time starts in the summer and will continue to rebloom up until frost. 'Invincibelle Spirit™' is an exciting variety that will quickly become a favorite in the garden!


Hydrangea Endless Summer 'Blushing Bride'

Hydrangea macrophylla 'Endless Summer Blushing Bride' has pure white blooms with semi-double florets which gradually mature to a sweet, pink blush. The disease and mildew-resistant foliage is an attractive dark green, providing a striking background for Blushing Bride's mophead blooms. Hydrangea Endless Summer 'Endless Summer'

Ilex x 'Blue Prince'
Common Name: Blue Holly
Male holly plant that has a broad, upright form. Has glossy blue-green leaves that have spiny toothed edges and dark purple stems. Tiny white flowers appear in the spring. Produces lots of pollen during the spring bloom making it an excellent pollinator for female Hollies.

Ilex x 'Blue Princess'
Common Name: Blue Holly
Female holly plant that has a broad, upright form. Has glossy blue-green leaves that have spiny toothed edges and dark purple stems. Tiny white flowers appear in the spring. Produces brilliant red berries that persist through the winter, but need a male plant to fertilize it. Companion plant to 'Blue Prince'.

Itea virginica 'Henrys Garnet'

Tiny, fragrant, white flowers are clustered in long, cylindrical, drooping racemes and cover the entire plant when in bloom. Leaves are oval, dark green and changes to an appealing red in the fall. Excellent interest from summer to fall.

Picea pungens 'Globosa' is a beautiful shrub that adds great structure and form to the landscape. It has a globe form with dense branches and a flat top.  Silvery-blue needles hold their color all year and are even brighter in the summer.

Common Name: Forest Flame Lily of the Valley

Pieris x 'Forest Flame' is an attractive evergreen shrub that works well in natural woodland landscapes and is a great companion to azaleas. The beautiful foliage is red and then turns to a pinkish-white, eventually maturing to green. Broad, white flowers are in abundance in the spring and make a nice accent to the colorful foliage.


Rhamnus frangula 'Ron Williams Fine Line®'

Showy dark red flowers are displayed against a background of dark green leathery foliage. Performs best in well drained acidic soils. Perfect shrub for places with morning sun and afternoon shade.

Rhododendron x 'PJM'
Common Name: Rhododendron
Spectacular lavender-rose flowers that are in clusters and bloom in the spring. They have exceptional winter hardiness and have a great round, compact form. The foliage is leathery in texture, dark green, and will turn purple in the winter.

Rhus aromatica 'Gro-Low'
Common Name: Fragrant Sumac
An outstanding, low growing, dense, and sprawling shrub. Precious yellow flowers bloom at the tips of the branches in early spring before the leaves emerge. Foliage resembles that of poison ivy, but are not poisonous. The green leaves turn vibrant shades of red and orange in the fall. Twigs and leaves are fragrant when bruised. Female flowers give way to red berries that may persist into winter and attract birds. Makes an excellent ground cover.

Spirea japonica 'Gold Mound'
Common Name: Gold Mound Spirea
Outstanding golden foliage and pretty pink foliage are a few of the great characteristics of this plant. In spring the flowers are golden yellow, but as the summer progresses they fade to a gold-green color. Great upright, and mounded form that is very dense.

Spirea japonica 'Neon Flash'
