• Poinsettia Fundraiser
• Romence Gardens offers a rebate-coupon program during the months of May and December. Your organization designs and prints a cover letter and a page of coupons, which you distribute to your supporters. (RG will make suggestions on how to do this if you need help.) A draft of the coupons and cover letter must be approved by RG before distribution begins. Your supporters turn in a coupon to the cashier whenever purchases are made during the month of the sale, and at the end of the month we will send your organization a check for 10% of the net total. (The purchaser does not receive the 10%.) The coupons can be used on anything at RG, from plants to pottery, to fertilizers, soils, trees, and decorations, on regular or sale prices. (They may not be used with house charge accounts, on wholesale accounts, on delivery charges, or to purchase gift cards.) Print off as many coupons as you like – repeat business is good for both of us! Have your supporters hand them to friends, family members, or neighbors. (Just don't put them in mailboxes or distribute on our RG premises.) One volunteer with a minimum amount of time required usually can handle this project. Your group pays us nothing.
• Romence Gardens also offers a pre-purchased coupon fundraising program. We will authorize Gift Cards in whatever values you choose for your group to sell. You must pay for them at the time of pick up at a 10% savings from the face value. They can be in different increments as you choose. These sell well at bazaars or carnivals or other gatherings at your school or church. As with program #2, usually only one or two volunteers are needed to conduct this fundraiser.
